Attention Customers,
Currently Canada Post has put out a Red Alert and halted services until further notice as of January 15th, 2020 at around 3pm Pacific Standard Time due to the extreme weather conditions we have experienced this week and unsafe road conditions for their drivers. Tracking pins we have entered may have no updates until they are picked up and scanned at the main sorting facility, we apologize about any inconveniences and delays because of this.
The weather should be warming up this weekend and we can hope Canada Post resumes services but as of right now we have no further updates explaining when service will resume. Linked below is the service alert page and under the BC section it shows the service alert posted yesterday, this means no packages are moving locally or to the main facility to leave to other provinces.
Once again we apologize about any delays and inconveniences experienced during this time and thank your for your understanding and patience. We have also posted the alert on our main page header to make everyone aware.
-Thanks, WCS
